“Canada Is A Rule-Of-Law Country”: Justin Trudeau After 3 Indians Arrested

Canada is a “rule-of-law country” with a strong and independent justice system and a fundamental commitment to protect its citizens, Prime Minister Justin Trudeau has said, a day after three Indian nationals were charged with the murder of Khalistani terrorist Hardeep Singh Nijjar.

Nijjar, a Canadian citizen, was shot dead outside a gurdwara in Surrey, British Columbia, on June 18, 2023. Karan Brar, 22, Kamalpreet Singh, 22, and Karanpreet Singh, 28, all Indian nationals residing in Edmonton have been charged on Friday with first-degree murder and conspiracy to commit murder.

“This is important because Canada is a rule-of-law country with a strong and independent justice system, as well as a fundamental commitment to protecting all its citizens,” Trudeau said about the arrests on Saturday at a Toronto gala celebrating Sikh heritage and culture.

“As the RCMP stated, the investigation remains ongoing, as does a separate and distinct investigation not limited to the involvement of the three people arrested yesterday,” Canadian Broadcasting Corporation (CBC) quoted Trudeau as saying.

He said that many in Canada’s Sikh community are feeling unsafe following Nijjar’s killing, adding: “Every Canadian has the fundamental right to live safely and free from discrimination and threats of violence in Canada.” The ties between India and Canada came under severe strain following Trudeau’s allegations in September last year of the “potential” involvement of Indian agents in the killing of 45-year-old Nijjar, a Khalistan separatist.

India has dismissed Trudeau’s charges as “absurd” and “motivated.” The presence of Sikh separatist groups in Canada has long frustrated India, which had designated Nijjar a “terrorist.” After three Indian nationals were arrested in connection with the murder, Police in Canada said they had worked with US law enforcement agencies, without giving additional details.

The police suggested more arrests might be coming. Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) Assistant Commissioner David Teboul, the force’s commander for the Pacific region, said Friday that he wouldn’t comment on the alleged links between the three men arrested and Indian officials but noted the force is “investigating connections to the government of India.” Meanwhile, External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar on Saturday said what is happening in poll-bound Canada over the killing of Nijjar is mostly due to their internal politics and has nothing to do with India.

He said a section of pro-Khalistan people are using Canada’s democracy, creating a lobby and have become a vote bank.

The ruling party in Canada has no majority in Parliament and some parties depend on pro-Khalistan leaders, he said.

“We have convinced them several times not to give visa, legitimacy or political space to such people which is causing problems for them (Canada), for us and also for our relationship,” Jaishankar said.

But the Canadian government has not done anything, Jaishankar said, adding that India sought the extradition of 25 people, most of whom are pro-Khalistan, but they did not pay any heed.

“Canada did not give any proof. They do not share any evidence with us in certain cases, police agencies also do not cooperate with us. It is their political compulsion in Canada to blame India. As elections are coming in Canada, they indulge in vote bank politics,” the minister said.

You are not run by rule of law, if you promote separatism in another country or if you shelter terrorists who blast an Indian Airline plane mid air. Being a US vassal does not make you a ruled by law country.

My foot! What about justice for 300 persons killed in Kanishka bombing?
Canada is a safe haven for criminals, murderers and terrorists. That is the rule of law.

Where was your law when your respected citizen Nijjar got Canadian citizenship when he had red corner notice against him from Interpol and how did he get citizenship without No objection certificate from the home country for having no criminal record when Punjab police had issued warrants against him for murder charges against him. Don’t talk rubbish now as your true face is exposed and Canada is terrorist shelter and your embassy promotes terrorism.

Not really, how come it forget to catch Air India bombing prime suspect. Self serving rule of law country. Working for vote bank only.

It doesn't matter, as it's clear that Khalistanis have deeply infiltrated Canadian Politics & will remain relevant for the time being.

The major issue is India's relationship with Pakistan that Can only resolve in India's favour if India pushes Pakistan towards implosion & then annex these Territories:-
  1. Banbhore, Mirpur Khas & Karachi Division of Sindh
  2. Gilgit-Baltistan region of POK
  3. Chitral Districts of KPK
  4. Kalat & Makran Division of Balochistan.
This is to insure that India has conrol over Strategic Territories & it's possible to safeguard the remain Sindhi Hindu Civilization.

Rakshan-Division of Balochistan can be created as an Independent Nation of Balochistan to avoid any Baloch insurgency against India & remain divisons can be give back to Afghanistan.

A direct land borders with both Iran & Afghanistan can be seen as a Challenge but due to Economic interests, it will possible yo form good trade relations.

We can form a JV with Israel to precision strike Iran's Nuclear arsenal & defence industry whereas at the same time we can buy Oil & Gas from Iran to support their Economy.

With Afghanistan, we can buy their Agricultural products but at the same time support the Anti-Taliban Factions.

Yes, both Iran & Taliban will be aware of India's duplicity but these Nations aren't India's true allies so they'll backstab India in just an instant so it's better for India to have very transactional relations with them.

Does this cuck know anything other than "rule of law" that he keeps parroting? 😂🤣 What a f**king joke.. 😂

Indian agents were too slow to pull out our agents from Canada.Always waiting for some drastic things to happen before taking some proactive moves. Both politicians and beaurocrats are of the same calibre;waiting for things to happen and regret later.

The next time Russia wants to go nuclear in Ukraine, we must not stop them. Let US and it's vassal states like Canada handle it. US deep state will get a lesson of its lifetime.

Saare bolo" RAW IS EVERYWHERE" "EVERYWHERE IS RAW"...these US and canadian doing free ki marketing for RAW and showing how brutual is "RAWW ki sajish"..

I doubt wether any Intelligence Agency would use 22 year old inexperienced youngsters. The Canadians are arresting on random just to try to implicate India. Trudeau is playing a very dirty and dangerous game.
